Schizophrenia
A Prospective Cohort Study to Assess Clinical Effectiveness of an Investigational Digital Therapeutic (CT-155) in Patients With Experiential Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia
This study is open to people aged 18 years or older with schizophrenia. People can join the study if they are willing to use a smartphone app called CT-155. This app is being developed to help people with schizophrenia manage their negative symptoms. The purpose of this study is to gather new information on CT-155. Researchers want to see how well it works, how well participants use the study app, and how it affects the use of health care services. Participants use the app for 16 weeks. They may continue using it for another 16 weeks. During the study, participants continue with their normal treatment for schizophrenia. Participants are in the study for about a year. During this time, they visit the study site every 2 months. During this study, doctors regularly check participants' schizophrenia symptoms and overall quality of life. Researchers may also compare the healthcare data of study participants with a similar group of people with schizophrenia who are not part of the study. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.

The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of rexlemestrocel-L+HA compared to control in reducing low back pain at 12 months post-treatment and safety of a single injection of rexlemestrocel-L+HA injected into a lumbar intervertebral disc compared to control through 12 months post-treatment.

This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled parallel-group, fixed-dose study in patients with a primary diagnosis of MDD according to criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) who have an inadequate response to ongoing ADT.

ACP-204 in Adults With Alzheimer's Disease Psychosis
This is a master protocol for 3 independent, seamlessly enrolling, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group studies in patients with ADP * Substudy 1 (Phase 2) will evaluate efficacy and dose response of ACP-204 30 and 60 mg vs placebo. This substudy will be initiated first. * Substudies 2A and 2B (both: Phase 3) will be confirmatory studies of either both doses (ACP-204 30 and 60 mg, respectively) or a single dose from Part 1 vs placebo. Substudies 2A and 2B will be performed independently of each other and will commence after enrollment of Part 1. All 3 substudies will be analyzed independently of each other. Each substudy individually will consist of a screening period (up to 49 days); a double-blind treatment period (6 weeks); a safety follow-up period (30 days) for patients not rolling over into an open-label extension study; and vital status follow-up (for patients who terminated their substudy early).
Psychosis Associated With Alzheimer's Disease
Open-Label Extension Study to Assess the Long-Term Safety and Tolerability of KarXT in Subjects With Psychosis Associated With Alzheimer's Disease (ADEPT-3)
This is a Phase 3 global, multicenter, 52-week, open-label extension (OLE) rollover study for subjects completing study CN012-0026, CN012-0027 or CN012-0056. Subjects (randomized or non-randomized) who complete the 38-week CN012-0026 study, 14-week CN012-0027 study or 14-week CN012-0056 study will be eligible to enroll in CN012-0028. The primary objective of the study is to assess the long-term safety and tolerability of KarXT in subjects with psychosis associated with Alzheimer's Disease.

The purpose of this study is to learn about health care use, costs, and clinical outcomes over time for amyloid positive participants with early stages of AD in the United States. This study is for research purposes only, and is not intended to treat any medical condition. No study therapy(ies) for AD will be administered.

Symptoms and Functions in Patients With COPD and Chronic Bronchitis Switching From CIG to THS
The purpose of this randomized study is to demonstrate direct clinical benefit, i.e., observed benefits in how humans with COPD feel in terms of symptoms (e.g., cough frequency, shortness of breath, and other respiratory symptoms) and function (e.g., lung function, and six-minute walking test \[6MWT\]) after switching to THS compared to continuing to smoking cigarettes.

An Observational Study of Aducanumab-avwa in Participants With Alzheimer's Disease in the US
This is a prospective, single-arm, multicenter, non-interventional study of aducanumab-avwa as prescribed in the post-marketing setting in the US. Investigators will be prescribing aducanumab-avwa and participants will be treated according to the standard of care (SoC). Participants will be followed up to 5 years after enrollment and data will be collected at routine visits every 6 to 12 months.

Alzheimer's Disease (AD)
Study to Assess Adverse Events, Change in Disease Activity and How Oral ABBV-552 Capsules Moves Through the Body of Participants Aged 50 to 90 Years With Mild Alzheimer's Disease
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive, irreversible neurological disorder and is the most common cause of dementia in the elderly population. Clinical symptoms of the disease may begin with occasional forgetfulness such as misplacement of items, forgetting important dates or events, and may progress to noticeable memory loss, increased confusion and agitation, and eventually, loss of independence and non-responsiveness. This study will assess how safe and effective ABBV-552 is in treating symptoms of early AD. Adverse events, change in disease activity, how ABBV-552 moves through body of participants and the body response to ABBV-552 will be assessed. ABBV-552 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 4 groups (3 active dose groups and a placebo group), called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 4 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Approximately 240 participants aged 50-90 years with mild AD will be enrolled in approximately 60 sites across the world. Participants will receive oral ABBV-552 or placebo capsules once daily for 12 weeks and followed for 30 days after the last dose of study drug. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

A Dose-ranging Study to Investigate Efficacy of Buntanetap in Mild to Moderate AD
The purpose of this study is to measure efficacy and safety of three different doses of buntanetap/Posiphen compared with placebo in participants with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Study details include: The double-blind treatment duration will include a screening period of up to 42 days followed by 12 weeks of treatment at home. The study duration will be 4-5 months. There will be 4 in-clinic visits and 1 phone call.

A Study of Paliperidone Palmitate 6-Month Formulation
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that injection cycles consisting of a single administration of paliperidone palmitate 6-month (PP6M) are not less effective than 2 sequentially administered injections of paliperidone palmitate 3-month PP3M) (350 or 525 mg eq.) for the prevention of relapse in participants with schizophrenia previously stabilized on corresponding doses of paliperidone palmitate 1-month (PP1M) (100 or 150 mg eq.) or PP3M (350 or 525 mg eq.).

A Study of Acute Respiratory Infections in Global Outpatient Setting
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the positivity rate of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), influenza virus and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in high-risk participants presenting with acute respiratory infections (ARIs) in outpatient settings during the influenza/RSV season and to evaluate the association between lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) and ARI-related hospitalization in participants positive for RSV.

Safety and Efficacy of Piromelatine in Mild Alzheimer's Disease Patients (ReCOGNITION)
This study is a Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study of piromelatine (5, 20, and 50 mg daily for 6 months) versus placebo to determine an effective dose based on efficacy (cognitive performance), safety, and tolerability in patients with mild dementia due to Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
