Placebo
Lansoprazole placebo, amoxicillin placebo, and clarithromycin placebo, all twice a day for 1 week.
LAC triple therapy
Lansoprazole 30 mg, amoxicillin 1,000 mg, and clarithromycin 500 mg, all twice a day for 1 week.
