Aerobic exercise
Stationary bicycle ergometer @ 50-80% of maximal heart rate reserve for 20 minutes to 45 minutes
BEHAVIORAL
Balance exercise
Instructor-led exercises done in a group setting for strengthening, balance, flexibility
