Arm I (Prepectoral),
The intervention will be delivered through a smartphone app. The app provides users with ED symptom self-monitoring, psycho-education and relapse prevention in an evidence-based CBT-E.
Arm II (Subpectoral)
The intervention will be delivered through a smartphone app. The app provides users with ED symptom self-monitoring, psycho-education and relapse prevention in an evidence-based CBT-E.
