Tumors ≤ 4cm: Single SBRT 26Gy dose or Multifraction SBRT dose 14Gyx3 fraction-squeme. Tumors ≥ 4cm: Multifraction SBRT dose 14Gyx3 or 9Gyx5 fraction-squeme.
