ultrasound-assisted, catheter-directed thrombolysis
After 10 hours of alteplase infusion and EKOSTM ultrasound, the therapy is stopped, the EKOSTM catheter is removed, and the puncture site (internal jugular vein or femoral vein) has to be compressed.
