DRUG
Sevoflurane
Patients will undergo fiberoptic intubation under sevoflurane sedation.
DRUG
2% Xylocaine (2 ml )
Patients will undergo fiberoptic intubation with bilateral Superior Laryngeal Nerve block and Recurrent laryngeal nerve block.
