Participants will take a daily dose of an experimental natural heart health supplement in powdered format, chocolate flavor. The trial will assess changes in heart biomarkers such as Total Cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C, Triglycerides, and High-Sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP).
