Pilates Group
Providing information about meetings and Pilates, Obtaining written consent through an informed consent form, Pre-test will be applied in the first week Providing routine pregnancy school trainings by midwife trainers in the pregnancy school, Doing a total of 8 sessions of pregnant pilates exercises for 4 weeks, 2 times a week, Sessions should consist of a maximum of 10 people, A total of 45 minutes of pilates exercise for pregnant women, At the end of the fourth week, the final test will be administered
Education Group
