DRUG

Group A (Dexmedetomidine Group)

patients will receive dexmedetomidine infusion starting at 0.2 mcg/kg/hr.

DRUG

Group B (Control Group)

patients will receive standard ICU sedation protocol without dexmedetomidine (e.g., fentanyl)
