Subtransverse process interligamentary
Patients will receive subtransverse process interligamentary (STIL) block using 20ml of bupivacaine 0.25%.
Thoracic paravertebral block
Patients will receive a thoracic paravertebral block (TPVB) using 20ml of bupivacaine 0.25%.
