1. Blood routine: Absolute neutrophil count (Absolute neutrophil count, ANC) 1.5109 / L; Platelet Count (Platelet, PLT)≥100×109/L; Hemoglobin content (Hemoglobin, HGB) 90 g / L;
2. liver function: serum total bilirubin (Total bilirubin, TBIL) 1.5 Upper Normal Value (Upper limit of normal value, ULN), Patients with liver metastasis or with proven Gilbert syndrome, TBIL≤3×ULN.
