DRUG

Dexmedetomidine

In rhinoplasty, 10 minute infusion of 0,5 mcg/kg dexmedetomidine will be administered after nasal packing

DRUG

Propofol

In rhinoplasty, 0,5 mg/kg propofol IV bolus will be administered after nasal packing
