PROCEDURE

Blood Flow Restriction

In the intervention group, 50% of limb occlussion pressure are applied to the extremity during exercises.

PROCEDURE

sham-Blood Flow Restriction

In the control group, 20 mmHg are applied to the extremity during exercises.
