Summary
The goal of this project is to evaluate the efficacy of personalized dosage recommendations of Parasol Omega-3 Fish Oil on achieving an Omega-3 Index of \>8% in individuals with a baseline Omega-3 Index \<8% over a 90-day period.

Fish Oil Supplementation
Enrolled participants will be instructed to start taking 2 capsules per day on the day they take their baseline O3I and once O3I results are available to adjust to a personalized dose of Fish Oil, based on their baseline Omega-3 Index, and instructed to continue their current omega-3 dietary intake. Recommendations will be: * O3I \> 6.8% but ≤ 8% - 1 capsule * O3I \> 5.5% but ≤ 6.8% - 2 capsules * O3I \> 4.4% but ≤ 5.5% - 3 capsules * O3I ≤ 4.4% - 4 capsules
