Survival Prediction After Neoadjuvant Chemoimmunotherapy and Esophagectomy for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Sponsor: Sichuan University
Summary
The goal of this retrospective observational study is to develop and internally evaluate a prognostic model for overall survival in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who received neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy followed by esophagectomy. Researchers will review existing clinical, pathologic, and follow-up data from 414 patients treated at three medical centers between 2019 and 2025. The study will assess whether routinely available clinicopathologic factors can provide prognostic information beyond postoperative pathologic staging.
