Energy conservation technique is used to focus on reducing physical fatigue and improving daily functioning through pacing, planning, prioritizing, and simplifying tasks. 1\. After breathing exercise as a baseline 2. Dictate some activities like that on first patient use more energy expenditure than less it might be his ADL's
Circuit Training
Circuit training is a series of exercises that involve little or no rest between repetitions. it is a resistance training for asthmatic patients at their pace. After warm up patient move to next station which consumed higher H.R After that move to resting period like using or working on low H.R
