Inclusion Criteria: 1. Male or female participants aged ≥ 18 years at the time of signing informed consent. 2. Individuals with Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD), defined as one of the following conditions: a. Ischemic heart disease (one of the following): i. Documented myocardial infarction ii. Percutaneous coronary intervention iii. Coronary artery bypass grafting iv. Objective evidence of coronary stenosis (≥ 50%) in at least two coronary artery territories (i.e., left anterior descending, intermediate branch, left circumflex, right coronary artery), involving the main vessel, a major branch, or a bypass graft b. Cerebrovascular disease (one of the following): i. Documented ischemic stroke (known transient ischemic attacks, primary intracerebral hemorrhage, or subarachnoid hemorrhage are not qualifying conditions) ii. Carotid stenting or endarterectomy c. Peripheral arterial disease (one of the following): i. Peripheral arterial intervention, stent placement, or surgical revascularization ii. Lower limb amputation due to obstructive peripheral arterial disease iii. Current symptoms of intermittent claudication and an ankle-brachial index (ABI) \< 0.90 documented within the past 12 months d. Atherosclerotic aortic disease (one of the following): i. Abdominal aortic aneurysm or descending thoracic aortic aneurysm 3. Signed informed consent. Exclusion Criteria: * Inability or difficulty in completing the questionnaires in Italian and/or functional illiteracy; * History of or current severe psychiatric disorder that could compromise the reliability of questionnaire responses; * Refusal or withdrawal of informed consent.
