SPSIP Block With Bupivacaine

Participants will receive an ultrasound-guided SPSIP block using bupivacaine.

PROCEDURE

SPSIP Block With Saline

Participants will receive an ultrasound-guided SPSIP block using normal saline under identical conditions.
