Summary
This study aims to evaluate the effects of an exercise-based board game intervention on cognitive function, physical function, and health promotion among community-dwelling older adults. Participants will take part in a structured program that combines physical activity with board game activities. Outcome measures will be collected before and after the intervention to examine changes in cognitive and physical function.
