The second phase will employ a prospective, double-blind randomized controlled trial (RCT) design, utilizing the nursing career planning application developed in the first phase for a six-month intervention study. A total of 108 senior-year nursing students (54 in the intervention group and 54 in the control group) will be invited to participate inthe study.
