Tai-Chi Chuan (TCC)
The Tai Chi-10 form, which is easy to learn and apply, was preferred, since our population consisted of elderly. The practice was performed only for participants in Group 1, twice a week for four weeks.
Frenkel Coordination Exercises (FCE)
The practice was performed only for participants in Group 2, twice a week for four weeks.
