health behavior intervention programs based on the temporal self-regulation theory are also received
The intervention group received additional health behavior intervention programs based on the temporal self-regulation theory in addition to the routine post-operative health education services provided by the hospital. The intervention period was set as 1 session per week for a total of 6 weeks, each session lasting approximately 45-60 minutes. The intervention was conducted in a combination of offline and online guidance and support. Before the intervention, baseline assessments were conducted for the research subjects, and intervention manuals, demonstration videos, and other tools were distributed. From the 1st to the 5th week, corresponding module measures were implemented according to the intervention framework, including looking to the future, intention strengthening, habit shaping, and self-control.
