Interventions
Aromatherapy With Essential Oils
Participants receive aromatherapy using lavender, marjoram, and vetiver essential oils administered through inhalation and extraoral massage. The oils are used twice daily by inhalation and once daily through massage during the study period.
Carrier Oil (Sesame Oil)
Participants receive carrier oil (sesame oil) administered through inhalation and extraoral massage according to the same protocol used in the intervention group.
