Effect of Nordic Walking Versus Treadmill Training on Gait Asymmetry in Children With Unilateral Cerebral Palsy

Summary

Children with hemiparesis show characteristic walking pattern resulting from weakness and spasticity on one side of the body. Nordic walking (NW) engages both the upper and lower body, which can help improve coordination and balance.

Conventional physcial therapy program

both groups will recive 60 minuts physical therapy training

Nordic walking trining

the NW-group will recive gait training for 15 minutes using walking poles
