Summary
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) affect around 6-12% of women of age 18-25 years. Kefir contains bioactive compounds such as lactic acid bacteria, yeast, peptides, polysaccharides and organic acids and acts as a good probiotic source.

Participants were subjected to use a regular calorie deficit diet plan
