aerobic exercise
Aerobic Exercise Plan: 1. Warm-up (5 minutes): - Light arm movements (e.g., arm circles, shoulder rolls) - Dynamic stretching (e.g., arm swings) 2. Aerobic Exercise (20-30 minutes): - Arm cycle ergometer - Intensity: Moderate (40-60% of maximum heart rate reserve) - Frequency: 2-3 times per week 3. Cool-down (5-10 minutes): - Static stretching (e.g., bicep, triceps, chest muscles)
Aerobic Exercise and strength training
1. Warm-up (5-10 minutes): - Light cardio (e.g., walking, jogging in place) - Dynamic stretching (e.g., arm circles, leg swings) 2. Aerobic Exercise (10-20 minutes): - Arm cycle ergometer - Intensity: Moderate (40-60% of maximum heart rate reserve) - Frequency: 2-3 times per week 3. Resistance Training (10-15 minutes): - Upper extremity exercises using resistance bands or light dumbbells - 2-3 sets of 8-12 repetitions per exercise - Intensity: 30-70% of 1RM - Frequency: 2-3 times per week Cool-down (5-10 minutes): - Static stretching (e.g., bicep, triceps, chest muscles)
