Betacyanin

200 mL oral betacyanin solution administered daily from postoperative day 3 until discharge or confirmation of anastomotic leakage

Pelvic Drainage Fluid Betacyanin Assay

Daily measurement of betacyanin concentration in pelvic drainage fluid for early detection of anastomotic leakage
