Efficacy of Tramadol With Ropivacaine for Modified Pectoral Nerve Block in Breast Cancer Surgery

Summary
In this study the investigators will compare the post operative opoid consumption for patient undergoing modified radical mastectomy. The patients will be divided into two groups one group will receive modified pectoral nerve block with local anesthetic ropivacaine combined with tramadol and other group will receive pectoral nerve block with ropivacaine only
