WT1 in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma

Summary

Colorectal carcinoma is a major bublic health problem. It is due to several genetic mutations. Wilms' tumor1 (WT1) gene is a tumor suppressor gene that has been mutated in several human tumors. Detection of WT1 in colorectal carcinoma may provide better future results.

BIOLOGICAL

immunohistochemical staining with WT1 antibody

4 micrometer thick tissue sections will be stained by anti humal WT1 immunohistochemical antibody.
