ERAS Compliance and Nutritional Outcomes After Lung Cancer Surgery

Summary

This prospective observational study will evaluate the association between ERAS protocol compliance and postoperative nutritional outcomes in 120 patients undergoing lung cancer surgery. ERAS compliance will be recorded, and patients will be classified as having high, moderate, or low compliance. NRS-2002 and PNI will be assessed before surgery and at postoperative 48 hours. Hospital stay and postoperative complications will also be evaluated.

Routine ERAS Perioperative Care

Patients receive routine perioperative care according to the institutional ERAS protocol. No intervention is assigned by the investigators. ERAS compliance is assessed observationally.
