Inclusion Criteria: * Nurses working in the internal medicine and oncology units of a Training and Research Hospital, * 18 years of age and older, * Actively involved in care processes related to port catheterization, * Voluntarily agreeing to participate in the research, * Participating in the entire training program and completing all evaluation stages (pre-test, post-test, 30-day evaluation). Exclusion Criteria: * Nurses who were unable to participate in the research due to leave, sick leave, or temporary assignments, * Nurses who did not attend the entire training program or who failed to complete any assessment phase (pre-test, post-test, 30-day assessment), * Nurses working in units not directly related to port catheterization.
