Summary
This randomized controlled trial will evaluate the effects of a 12-week combined antioxidant-rich nutrition and facial exercise program on skin quality and wrinkle severity in middle-aged women. Participants will be randomly assigned to an intervention group or a control group. The intervention group will follow a structured antioxidant-rich dietary program combined with facial exercises, while the control group will maintain their usual lifestyle. Skin quality and wrinkle-related outcomes will be assessed at baseline and after the 12-week intervention using standardized objective measurements
