Antioxidant Nutrition and Facial Exercise for Skin Aging

Summary

This randomized controlled trial will evaluate the effects of a 12-week combined antioxidant-rich nutrition and facial exercise program on skin quality and wrinkle severity in middle-aged women. Participants will be randomly assigned to an intervention group or a control group. The intervention group will follow a structured antioxidant-rich dietary program combined with facial exercises, while the control group will maintain their usual lifestyle. Skin quality and wrinkle-related outcomes will be assessed at baseline and after the 12-week intervention using standardized objective measurements

Combined Antioxidant Nutrition and Facial Exercise Program

Participants in the intervention group will complete a 12-week combined program consisting of an antioxidant-rich dietary intervention and structured facial exercises. The dietary component will emphasize regular consumption of antioxidant-rich foods, while the facial exercise component will target major facial muscle groups according to a standardized exercise protocol. Participants will be instructed to follow the program throughout the 12-week intervention period
