Inclusion Criteria: \- (1) Patients with highly suspected hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (hepatic space-occupying lesion of undetermined nature on imaging examination) or pathologically-confirmed HCC, who have not received systemic therapy including immunotherapy, radiotherapy-chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc., or have suspected recurrence after treatment; capable of independently cooperating to complete examinations. (2) Patients with clinically-diagnosed HCC who have undergone 18F-FDG PET/CT for clinical staging or restaging after treatment; capable of independently cooperating to complete examinations. (Meeting either condition (1) or (2)). Patients shall be at least 18 years old, fully understand the trial, participate voluntarily and provide written informed consent. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with severe non-malignant diseases that may interfere with study objectives or compromise subject safety or compliance (such as psychiatric disorders, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases or metabolic diseases); pregnant or lactating women; subjects who are unable to understand the examination procedure or cannot cooperate.
