Sponsor: Mona Gabr
Summary
This quasi-experimental study evaluates the effect of a health nanotechnology educational program on nursing interns' knowledge and self-perceived innovation readiness. Approximately 356 nursing interns at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, will complete a pretest assessment before participating in an 8-week educational program covering nanotechnology fundamentals, applications in healthcare and nursing, and related innovation topics. A posttest will be administered two months after program completion to assess changes in knowledge and innovation readiness.
