Summary
WorkWell is a mobile-delivered behavioral intervention designed to prevent prescription opioid misuse and overuse among construction workers and healthcare workers. Two sequential randomized factorial optimization trials evaluated intervention lessons targeting opioid-related beliefs, norms, pain-management alternatives, and patient-provider communication. Participants completed assessments at baseline, immediately after the intervention, and approximately 30 days later.
