Summary
Exam stress significantly affects the mental health and cognitive functions of nursing students. Audio-hypnosis offers a practical and low-cost intervention. Objective: To evaluate the effect of a single audio-hypnosis session on perceived stress, heart rate, and academic results. Methods: A pilot randomized trial will be conducted with 20 second-year students at ISPITS Safi, divided into an intervention group and a control group (n=10 each). Anxiety (VAS), heart rate (HR), and exam grades were analyzed.
