Interventions
Pyeloplasty
Patients will undergo Anderson-Hynes dismembered pyeloplasty for primary ureteropelvic junction obstruction. The procedure was performed through an open, laparoscopic, or mini-incision approach according to the patient's age and the surgeon's clinical judgment. A ureteral stent was inserted when indicated.
