Comparison of Two Expansion Techniques for Horizontal Bone Deficiency

Summary
This was a prospective, randomized clinical trial conducted at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Ege University. Patients exhibiting horizontal bone insufficiency (residual crest width \< 4 mm) in the posterior mandible received dental implants with two techniques: osseodensification or crest split. The investigator compared to clinical and radiological outcomes of these techniques.
