The Effect of Plyometric Training in Post-ACLR Surgery

Summary
The primary goal of this RCT is to evaluate the effect of adding plyometric training after 12 weeks of standard intervention in patients aged 18-40 years who have undergone ACLR surgery. The primary question to answer is does adding plyometrics training to the standard rehabilitation program has superior effect in the improvement of muscular strength, dynamic balance and functional performance in ACLR patients. Participants will be divided into two groups. Group 1 receives standard program for 18 weeks, and Group 2 receives the same standard program for 18 months, but adding the plyometrics training at week 12.

Standard program
Standard program is given for 18 weeks.
Plyometrics Training
Plyometrics training will be added to the standard rehabilitation program 12 weeks post-surgery and will be continued for 6 weeks.
