Sponsor: İlker DEMİR
Summary
This prospective longitudinal observational study evaluated changes in physical activity, cognitive function, functional exercise capacity, and health-related quality of life in adult recipients following liver paired exchange (LPE) transplantation. Participants were assessed at 3 and 12 months after transplantation. Physical activity was evaluated using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form (IPAQ-SF), cognitive function using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), health-related quality of life using the Short Form-36 (SF-36), and functional exercise capacity using the Six-Minute Walk Test (6MWT). The study aimed to describe changes in these outcomes during the first year following LPE transplantation.
