Preventing Knee Stiffness in Infected Distal Femoral Fractures in Children
Sponsor: The Second Hospital of Qinhuangdao
Summary
The goal of this observational study is to prevent keen stiffness health in in Infected Distal Femoral Fractures in Children. This prospective study aimed to compare the effects of early patellar traction versus no patellar traction in children with infectious femoral fractures and bone defects on relieving knee stiffness. We hypothesized that early patellar traction could improve knee stiffness, leading to better knee function. The primary outcome was performance-based knee tests, and the secondary outcome is knee function in children.
