Interventions
Photobiomodultion with Laser scanning
The photobiomodulation intervention consists of applying low-level laser therapy to the anterior knee region using a calibrated laser device with predetermined wavelength, power output, and dosage parameters. The treatment aims to reduce pain, promote tissue healing, and improve functional outcomes. PBM sessions are administered in conjunction with a standardized exercise rehabilitation program throughout the treatment period.
patellar mobilization with exercise therapy
The intervention consists of therapeutic ultrasound applied to the anterior knee region using standardized treatment parameters, followed by patellar mobilization techniques performed by a trained therapist. The treatment aims to reduce pain, improve patellar mobility, enhance knee function, and facilitate participation in a structured exercise rehabilitation program.
