Summary

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of video-based self-assessment in simulation-based neonatal resuscitation skills training on neonatal resuscitation skills, clinical judgment, student satisfaction, and self-confidence.

Video-Based Self-Assessment

Participants will review video recordings of their own neonatal resuscitation simulation performance to identify their strengths and areas requiring improvement and to support self-reflection and self-awareness.
