Comparison of Physical Performance, Quality of Life and Mental Health in Hiking and Sedentary Geriatric Individuals

Summary

This observational study aims to compare physical performance, quality of life, and mental health levels between older adults who participate in hiking at least once a week for at least 6 months and sedentary older adults. The study includes 58 older adults, with 29 participants in the hiking group and 29 participants in the sedentary group. Physical performance, quality of life, and mental health are assessed using standardized assessment tools.
