Regenmedic Cream 2.0 12-week Long-term Clinical Test

Summary

The goal of this study is to evaluate the anti-wrinkle, firming, moisturizing and repairing efficacy of a test facial cream after single use and 12 weeks of continuous use via clinical evaluation, instrumental measurement, image analysis and participant self-assessment. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the test cream produce immediate anti-wrinkle, firming, moisturizing and repairing effects on facial skin after single use? Can 12-week continuous use of the test cream sustainably improve facial skin condition in terms of wrinkles, laxity, hydration and skin repair? This is a single-center clinical study with a self-controlled before-and-after design. Around 70 healthy Chinese women aged 25-50 will be randomly divided into an instrumental group and a questionnaire group, with no fewer than 40 valid clinical test samples and 60 valid questionnaire samples. The study uses four products, including one test cream and three auxiliary skincare products. Participants will: Use the test cream once on-site and continuously at home for 12 weeks with matched auxiliary products. Attend six scheduled visits at key time points: 2 weeks before product use for washout and screening (T-2W), baseline detection and immediate assessment after single product use (T0+Timm), 1 week after continuous product use (T1W), 4 weeks after continuous product use (T4W), 8 weeks after continuous product use (T8W), and 12 weeks after continuous product use (T12W) . Complete group-specific assessments: the instrumental group will undergo instrumental tests, clinical evaluation and image collection; the questionnaire group will finish clinical screening and self-assessment. Receive skin indicator detection and efficacy evaluation at all designated time points to verify the product's skincare effects.

Test facial cream (topical skin care product)

Topical test facial cream for facial skin application. Participants apply the cream once on-site and then use it daily at home for 12 consecutive weeks, together with assigned auxiliary skin care products. The study evaluates anti-aging efficacy including wrinkles, skin laxity and elasticity.

Inclusion Criteria: * 1\) Chinese female aged from 25 to 50. 2) All skin types, 50% self-declared sensitive skin. 3) Skin type II to IV according to Fitzpatrick classification. 4) Presenting with dull skin, lack of radiance, brightness, transparency on face evaluated by dermatologist. 5\) Presenting with sagging, elasticity, plumpness, softness, fine line and wrinkles on face evaluated by dermatologist. 6\) Presenting with corresponding severity for the attribute on face evaluated by dermatologist. * Cheek Sebaceous Pores: Atlas scale, 2≤grade≤5 * Skin Radiance: Griffiths 10-point scale, 3≤grade≤6 * Skin Redness: Griffiths 10-point scale, 2≤grade≤6 * Skin Smoothness: Griffiths 10-point scale, 3≤grade≤6 * Skin Firmness (tactile): Griffiths 10-point scale, 2≤grade≤6 * Global Appearance of Fine Line: Griffiths 10-point scale, 3≤grade≤6 * Nasolabial Fold: Atlas scale, 1≤grade≤5 * Forehead Wrinkles: Atlas scale, 1≤grade≤5 * Crow's Feet Wrinkles: Atlas scale, 1\<grade≤6 * Wrinkles of the Corner of the Lips: Atlas scale, 1≤grade≤5 * Underneath Eye Wrinkles: Atlas scale, 2≤grade≤6 * Horizontal Neck Folds: Atlas scale, 1≤grade≤6 7) Did not participate in any clinical test or cosmetic product test on skin within 3 months. 8\) No disagreement of dermatologist because of other reasons that exclude the participation of the volunteer. 9) In general, good health at the time of the study. 10) Willing and able to participate as evidenced by signing of informed consent \& photo release form. 11\) Must be willing to comply with all study protocol requirements. Exclusion Criteria: * 1\) Pregnant or breast-feeding woman or woman planning pregnancy during the study. 2\) Subject deprived of rights by a court or administrative order. 3) Major subject to a guardianship order. 4) Subject residing in a health or social care establishment. 5) Subject in an emergency setting. 6) Subject with a skin disease in the test areas as well as skin allergy (particularly e.g., acne, rosacea, eczema). 7\) Subject presenting a stable or progressive serious disease (per investigator's assessment). 8) Immuno-compromised subject. 9) Subject with history of allergy to cosmetic or personal care products or ingredients. 10\) Subject with history of allergy to metal. 11) Subject presenting excessive exposure to sunlight or UV radiation (investigator's assessment). 12\) Subject with history of sunlight sensitivity or allergies. 13) Subjects regularly practicing aquatic or nautical sports. 14) Subjects regularly attending a sauna. 15) Subject with physical highly sensitive constitution. 16) Subject with cardiovascular or circulatory history. 17) Subject with a history of skin cancer or malignant melanoma. 18) Subject with history of medical beauty treatment and taking part in anti-aging studies in the last 3 months before study. 19\) Intake of antihistamines, antibiotics, corticosteroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatories or immune-suppressants in the last 6 months before study.
