Home-Based Closed-Loop Auditory Stimulation to Enhance Slow-Wave Activity in MCI Due to Alzheimer's Disease: A Proof-of-Concept Study
This proof-of-concept study explores whether long-term home-based closed-loop auditory stimulation during sleep enhances slow-wave activity (SWA) and yields preliminary efficacy signals in patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease (MCI-AD), confirmed by cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers or positron emission tomography (PET). The intervention is self-administered at participants' homes over an initial treatment period of 3 months, followed by a 1-month off-treatment (washout) period. Participants may then enter an optional extension phase consisting of 3 additional months of treatment followed by a second 1-month washout period, for a total study duration of up to 8 months. Participants who complete the Nana-Lab Study (NCT07402590) may be invited to provide informed consent for screening and potential enrollment in this study. All enrolled participants receive nightly active treatment during intervention periods. This study does not include randomization or a sham control group.

Temporal Interference Stimulation Treatment in Patients With Cognitive Impairment
This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of temporal interference stimulation (TIS), a non-invasive neuromodulation technique, in improving cognitive function in patients with cognitive impairment. TIS uses two high-frequency currents applied transcranially, which intersect within the brain to generate a low-frequency modulation field. This technique selectively modulates deep brain regions while minimizing the stimulation of superficial cortical layers. Participants will undergo individualized MRI-based modeling to determine the optimal electrode placement and stimulation parameters. The intervention consists of 10 stimulation sessions over a period of 14 days, using either active TIS or sham stimulation. Cognitive assessments, EEG recordings, and functional MRI scans will be conducted at baseline; 5 days after intervention initiation; at the end of the 10-day intervention; and during follow-up assessments at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks post-intervention to evaluate both immediate and long-term effects on cognitive performance and neural activity. The study aims to determine whether TIS can serve as a feasible and effective neuromodulation strategy for individuals with cognitive impairment.

Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells & Monoclonal Antibodies in the Treatment for Mild Cognitive Impairment or Early Alzheimer's Disease.
The purpose of this study is to test if adding one infusion of (Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells) hMSCs to the treatment with standard of care (SOC) monoclonal antibodies (mAb) will stabilize the rate of cognitive and functional decline associated with mild Alzheimer's Disease.

Clinical Multicenter Randomized Controlled Study of Non-invasive Brain Oscillation Modulation in the Treatment of AD-MCI Patients
