A Study of [68Ga]Ga-DWJ155 in Adult Patients With Solid Tumors

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the imaging characteristics, safety, biodistribution and pharmacokinetics (PK) of \[68Ga\]Ga-DWJ155, also known as FKL480, in patients ≥ 18 years of age with advanced gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (aGEA, where GEA is defined as adenocarcinomas of the distal esophagus, the gastroesophageal junction, and the stomach), hormone receptor (HR) positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative (HR+/HER2-) advanced breast cancer (aBC), HER2 positive (HER2+) aBC, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and advanced non-small cell lung cancer (aNSCLC) adenocarcinoma.

A Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Tislelizumab Plus Chemotherapy for Locally Advanced Unresectable or Metastatic Gastric or Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma and Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Racial and Ethnic Minority Patients in the United States

The purpose of this study is to characterize the clinical effects of tislelizumab, including pharmacokinetics (PK), activity, and safety assessments in US racial and ethnic minority patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative, programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)-positive, unresectable or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal cancer (GAC/GEA) or esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). The study duration will be up to approximately 6 years.

RC48-ADC Combined With S-1 for First-line Treatment of Advanced Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma With Moderate Expression of HER2

This study was a single-arm, open, multi-center Phase Ib/II clinical trial to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of RC48-ADC plus S-1 in first-line treatment of advanced gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma with moderate expression of HER2.
