How [14C]-DSP-5336 is Absorbed, Broken Down, and Removed From the Body After a Single Oral Dose in Patients With Advanced Blood Cancers

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the absorption, metabolism, and excretion of DSP-5336 following a single oral administration of the study drug in patients with hematologic malignancies whose disease has progressed after available standard therapies.

Reduced Intensity Allogeneic HCT in Advanced Hematologic Malignancies w/T-Cell Depleted Graft

Reduced intensity conditioning (RIC) has emerged and been increasingly adopted as a modality to allow preparative conditioning pre transplant to be tolerated by older adults or those patients that are otherwise unfit for myeloablative conditioning. In this study, we aim to use RIC followed by matched related/unrelated donor, 7/8 matched related/unrelated donor, or haploidentical donor peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. Standard strategies to control the alloreactivity following HCT utilize immunosuppressive or cytotoxic medications. In this study, we explore donor graft engineering to enrich for immmunoregulatory populations to facilitate post transplantation immune reconstitution while minimizing graft versus host disease (GVHD) with post-transplant immunosuppressive agents.

A Clinical Trial Evaluating TQB2101 in Subjects With Advanced Hematologic Malignancies

TQB2101 for Injection is an Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) targeting Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Like Orphan Receptor 1 (ROR1).It consists of three main components: a ROR1 monoclonal antibody responsible for selectively recognizing the surface antigen of cancer cells, a small molecule toxin responsible for killing cancer cells, and a linker connecting the antibody and the small molecule toxin. It is intended for clinical use in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors, including advanced malignant hematological tumors.
