A Trial to Find Out How Safe REGN7075 is and How Well it Works in Combination With Cemiplimab for Adult Participants With Advanced Cancers
This study is researching an investigational drug called marlotamig (REGN7075) by itself and in combination with cemiplimab with or without chemotherapy. The study is focused on patients with certain solid tumors that are in an advanced stage. The aim of the study is to see how safe and tolerable marlotamig is by itself and in combination with cemiplimab (with or without chemotherapy), and to find out what is the best dose of marlotamig to be given to patients with advanced solid tumors when combined with cemiplimab (with or without chemotherapy). Another aim of the study is to see how effective marlotamig by itself, or in combination with cemiplimab (with or without chemotherapy), is at treating cancer patients. The study is also looking at: * Side effects that may be experienced by people taking marlotamig by itself and in combination with cemiplimab with or without chemotherapy * How marlotamig works in the body by itself and in combination with cemiplimab with or without chemotherapy * How much marlotamig is present in the blood when given by itself and in combination with cemiplimab with or without chemotherapy * To see if marlotamig by itself and in combination with cemiplimab with or without chemotherapy works to treat cancer by controlling the proliferation of tumor cells to shrink the tumor * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (marlotamig and cemiplimab) (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects)

Metarrestin (ML-246) in Subjects With Metastatic Solid Tumors
Background: Metastasis is the spread of cancer from one organ to a nonadjacent organ. It causes 90% of cancer deaths. No treatment specifically prevents or reduces metastasis. Researchers hope a new drug can help. It stops cancer cells from growing and spreading further and possibly shrink cancer lesions in distant organs. Objective: To find a safe dose of metarrestin and to see if this dose shrinks tumors. Eligibility: Adults age 18 and older with pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, or a solid tumor that has not been cured by standard therapies. Also, children age 12-17 with a solid tumor (other than a muscle tumor) with no standard therapy options. Design: Participants will be screened with: * blood tests * physical exam * documentation of disease confirmation or tumor biopsy * electrocardiogram to evaluate the heart * review of their medicines and their ability to do their normal activities Participants will take metarrestin by mouth until they cannot tolerate it or stop to benefit from it. They will keep a medicine diary. Participants will visit the Clinical Center. During the first month there are two brief hospital stays required with visits weekly or every other week thereafter. They will repeat some of the screening tests. They will fill out questionnaires. They will have tests of their cognitive function. They will have an electroencephalogram to record brain activity. They will have a computed tomography (CT) scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). A CT is a series of X-rays of the body. An MRI uses magnets and radio waves to take pictures of the body. Adult participants may have tumor biopsies. Participants will have a follow-up visit 30 days after treatment ends. Then they will have follow-up phone calls or emails every 6 months for the rest of their life or until the study ends.

A Study to Learn More About How Well Treatment With Sevabertinib (BAY 2927088) Tablets Works and How Safe it is in Participants Who Have a Solid Tumor With Mutations of the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)
Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have solid tumors with HER2-activating mutations. Before a treatment can be approved for people to take, researchers do clinical trials to better understand its safety and how it works. In this trial, the researchers want to learn how well BAY2927088 (sevabertinib) works in people with different types of solid tumors with HER2 mutations. These include tumors in the colon or rectum, the uterus and the cervix (lower part of the uterus), the breast, the bladder, and the biliary tract (includes gall bladder and bile ducts) as well as other types of solid tumors with the exception of people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Solid tumors may have specific changes or mutations to a gene called human epidermal growth receptor-2 (HER2). This leads to the formation of an abnormal form of HER2 protein in the cancer cells, resulting in increased cell growth. The study treatment, BAY2927088, is expected to block the abnormal HER2 protein which may stop the spread of cancer. The trial will include about 111 participants who are at least 18 years old. All the participants will take 20 mg of BAY2927088 as tablets by mouth. The participants will take treatments in 3-week periods called cycles. These 3-week cycles will be repeated throughout the trial. The participants can take BAY2927088 until their cancer gets worse, until they have medical problems, or until they leave the trial. During the trial, the doctors will take imaging scans of different parts of the body to study the spread of cancer and will check heart health using echocardiogram or cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and electrocardiogram (ECG). The doctors will also take blood and urine samples and do physical examinations to check the participants' health. They will ask questions about how the participants are feeling and if they have any medical problems.

A Study of ASP1570 Taken by Itself, or ASP1570 Taken Together With Either Pembrolizumab, Standard Therapies, or Both, in Adults With Solid Tumors
Immune therapies work with the body's immune system to treat a number of cancers. They work with T-cells, a type of white blood cell, to target and attack specific tumors. However, some tumors can become resistant to attack by T-cells over time. They do this by sending "off" signals to T-cells. The researchers are finding ways to switch the T-cells back on. Before a treatment can be approved for use, clinical studies need to be done. This study will provide more information on ASP1570 in adults with advanced solid tumors. ASP1570 will either be given by itself, or given with another medicine called pembrolizumab, given with a standard cancer therapy, or given together with pembrolizumab and other medicines called pemetrexed and carboplatin. The main aims of this study are: * To check the safety of ASP1570 * To check how well ASP1570 is tolerated * To find a suitable dose of ASP1570 This study is for adults with advanced solid tumors. Their tumor has either grown outside of the area where it started (locally advanced and unresectable) or it has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). Their cancer gets worse after standard therapy or they are unable to have standard therapy. The study doctors can give more advice about who can take part. This study will be in 2 parts. In Part 1, the most suitable dose of ASP1570 to give to people with advanced solid tumors will be worked out. Different small groups of people with advanced solid tumors will take lower to higher doses of ASP1570. People will either be given ASP1570 by itself, or ASP1570 with pembrolizumab, ASP1570 with a standard cancer therapy, or ASP1570 with pembrolizumab, pemetrexed and carboplatin. The study treatment given depends on the type of cancer people have. There are different doses of ASP1570, with each group staying on the same dose. There is just 1 standard dose of pembrolizumab. The dose of a standard cancer therapy depends on its label. After taking the lowest dose of ASP1570, the first group will be checked for medical problems. The next group can only take the higher dose of ASP1570 if the first group tolerates the lowest dose. This will continue in the same way for each group. Each group will take tablets of ASP1570 either once or twice every day in a 21-day cycle. People will continue with more treatment cycles on the same dose unless they can't tolerate the study treatment, their cancer gets worse or the study doctor decides that person should stop treatment. People who also receive treatment with pembrolizumab will be infused with pembrolizumab on the first day of every other cycle of ASP1570 (once every 6 weeks). People who are receiving a standard cancer therapy (with ASP1570) will be treated according to its label. In Part 2, different small groups of people with advanced solid tumors will take the most suitable dose of ASP1570 worked out from Part 1. The dose will not go above the highest dose that people could tolerate from Part 1. ASP1570 will be given either once a day or twice a day in a 21-day cycle. Pembrolizumab will be given once every 6 weeks. Other study treatments will be given in 14-day, 21-day or 28-day cycles. The cycle length and other study treatments given (pembrolizumab and the type of standard cancer therapy will depend on what type of tumor people have. The standard cancer therapies will be given according to their label. All groups will continue with more treatment cycles with ASP1570 (by itself with pembrolizumab, with a standard cancer therapy, or with pembrolizumab, pemetrexed and carboplatin) unless they can't tolerate the study treatment, their cancer gets worse or the study doctor decides that person should stop treatment.

FL-261 Imaging for Cancer Diagnosis and Staging
c-MET is a receptor tyrosine kinase overexpressed in multiple malignancies and associated with tumor progression, therapeutic resistance, and poor prognosis, while showing limited expression in normal tissues, making it an attractive imaging and therapeutic target. Current assessment relies on invasive biopsy and is limited by tumor heterogeneity and sampling bias. FL-261 is a novel c-MET-targeting ligand with high affinity and specificity, favorable tumor uptake and retention, rapid background clearance, and good preclinical safety. It can be radiolabeled for both diagnostic imaging and potential theranostic applications. This first-in-human study will evaluate \[68Ga\]Ga-FL-261 PET or \[111In\]In-FL-261 SPECT imaging in patients with advanced malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and head and neck cancer. The study aims to assess safety, biodistribution, and tumor-targeting capability, and to explore its diagnostic value by correlating imaging findings with histopathological c-MET expression.

A First-in-human Study to Learn How Safe the Study Drug BAY2965501 is, Find the Best Dose (Single Drug & Combination), How it Affects the Body, What Maximum Amount Can be Given, How it Moves Into, Through and Out of the Body, How it Acts on Different Tumors in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors
Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced solid tumors. Advanced solid tumors are types of cancer that may have spread to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, and/or to distant parts of the body and that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. This study focuses on certain types of skin cancer, kidney cancer, stomach cancer, and lung cancer. The study treatment BAY2965501 is currently under development as monotherapy or in combination for the treatment of people with advanced solid tumors. BAY2965501 blocks an enzyme in T-cells to activate them. T-cells are a type of immune cell that are known to have an anti-cancer effect and BAY2965501 is a potential new immunotherapy. The main purpose of this first-in-human study is to learn: • how safe different doses of BAY2965501 are when given as a single drug or in combination, • the degree to which medical problems caused by BAY2965501 when given as a single drug or in combination, can be tolerated (also called tolerability), • what maximum amount can be given as a single drug or in combination, and • how it moves into, through and out of the body as a single drug or in combination. To answer this, researchers will look at: • the number and severity of medical problems participants have after taking BAY2965501 as a single drug or in combination for each dose level. These medical problems are also referred to as adverse events. • the (average) total level of BAY2965501 in the blood (also called AUC) after intake of single and multiple doses • the (average) highest level of BAY2965501 in the blood (also called Cmax) after intake of single and multiple doses Doctors keep track of all medical problems that participants have during the study, even if they do not think the medical problem might be related to the study treatment. In addition, the researchers want to know if and how the participants' tumors change after taking BAY2965501. The study will have two parts. The first part, called dose escalation, is done to find the most appropriate dose that can be given in the second part. For this, participants will be assigned to receive one of the planned doses and schedules of BAY2965501 as single drug or participants will be assigned to one of the increasing doses of BAY2965501 in combination with 200mg pembrolizumab. Additionally, platinum based chemotherapy as decided by the treating investigator will be given within the first months (at minimum 2 cycles and up to 6 cycles maximum). Here participants will receive BAY 2965501 in combination with pembrolizumab and platinum based chemotherapy. All participants will take BAY2965501 by mouth. Additionally, in combination group 1, pembrozilumab will be given as infusion using a small tube that goes into your vein. In combination group 2, pembrolizumab and platinum based chemotherapy will be given as infusion using a small tube that goes into your vein. In the second part, called dose expansion, all participants in the single drug group will receive up to 2 of the most appropriate doses of BAY2965501 from the 1st part as tablet by mouth. The participants in the combination groups (group 1: + pembrozilumab; group 2: + pembrolizumab and platinum based chemotherapy) will receive the most appropriate dose of BAY2965501 from the first part. Participants in both parts of the study, will take the study treatment until the tumor gets worse (also known as 'disease progression'), or until the participants have medical problems. In general, the study treatment is planned for a maximum of 35 cycles. Each participant will be in the study for several months, including a screening phase of up to 28 days, few months of treatment depending on the participant's benefit, and a follow up phase after the end of treatment. Participants in part two will be assigned to one of 3 groups depending on cancer characteristics.During the study, the study team will: • take blood and urine samples • do physical examinations • check vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature • examine heart health using ECG (electrocardiogram) • check if the participants' cancer has grown and/or spread using CT (computed tomography) or MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and, if needed, bone scan • take tumor samples (if required) The treatment period ends with a visit no later than 7 days after the last BAY2965501 dose in the single drug and combination group. About 30 and 90 days after the last dose and every 12 weeks thereafter, the study team will check the participants' health and any changes in cancer. This follow-up period ends with worsening of the cancer, start of new anti-cancer therapy, or until the participant leaves the study.
